PINK CLAW was born with the idea of offering a multidisciplinary outdoor activity for women only. Participants will be women between the ages of 18 and 35 who have never exercised or have not exercised regularly for at least 2 years. Participation will be 120 women for the first year and 240 women the second for a total, in the 4 countries participating in the project of 360 women. The Pink Claw coach is only women. As a ‘claw, the base of PINK Claw is composed of 5 difference discipline and activity that have been selected over time because they are considered most effective in stimulating motor activity among women participants.

Specifically, the project is organised in Work Packages (WP), namely:
WP1 – Project coordination
WP2 – Organisation of a training for female coaches
Two coaches will be selected from each partner country and trained in Italy. The selection criteria will be:
To widen as much as possible the possibility to apply as a coach for the PINK CLAW project, the training will be divided into an online training part and a 3 days in-person training.
The trained coaches will have then to replicate the training in order to attract new coaches for future activities.
WP3 – PINK CLAW workout programme
During the project, 3 courses will be organized in each partner country, lasting 8 months, for 12 courses. The course is addressed to women aged 18 and 35 who have never exercised or have not exercised regularly for at least 2 years.
The training sessions have been structured to alternate days of intense physical activity (which is required in the activities of OCR and Tactical Fitness) to days in which the predominant aspect is technical (self-defence), psychological (mindfulness) and cultural (First AID).
